The location is PERFECT!!! The parking is free which is nice in the often chaotic parking experience that St Augustine has. It’s walkable to EVERYTHING. We have lived near St Augustine our whole lives. But love coming in for the night going to our favorite spots having some drinks, listening to live music, and not having to worry about driving home. The Best Western Bayfront allows us the ease and comfort we are looking for when coming into St Augustine for the night to relax, unwind, and really enjoy!!

The highlight of this stay was the location and cleanliness. If your planning on staying downtown, and able to walk a mile or two, you really won't need a car at all. If you do need to do some driving though, as we did, there seems to be a parking attendant on duty throughout the day able to direct you to an open spot. I was pretty impressed by the cleanliness of the room. While small, it was very comfortable, and had all the necessities. The nights were quiet, though later in the morning we found we could clearly hear people as they walked by our room. We weren't particularly bothered by this. While a traditional breakfast is still not being offered here, we did notice people taking advantage of the grab and go option.

Location was fabulous right in Old Town of St. Augustine. We were able to walk to whatever restaurants and shopping we wanted, and the historic fort was only around a block away. The reception staff was also excellent and concerned about our comfort and satisfaction. We had a minor issue with noise from a bar directly behind our room, and the TV had an odd background configuration of white dots. As soon as my husband mentioned it to the woman in the lobby area, she immediately indicated she would relocate us to a different part of the building that didn't back up to the street and a room that had a well functioning TV. We weren't asking for that or expecting it, so her generosity was totally gratuitous and much appreciated. Excellent stay!

Upon arriving, Sashaine made the check in process a pleasure. We enjoyed the area so much that we went to Sashaine and asked if we could extend our stay one more day. She made arrangements for us to remain in the same room. Adrian the parking attendant, placed us in what I considered to be the absolute best spot on the lot. We really enjoyed the friendliness and help the staff gave us during our stay!

The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The hotel was located extremely close to all the sightseeing and important landmarks in St Augustine. It was also right off of George's St and made it extremely convenient to shop, go to great restaurants and pubs.

The location is within walking distance to fort and other attractions. The motel’s view of the bay is beautiful.

The location is "cream of the cream": we were able to walk by the ocean and go to the old town. At night it was so many restaurants with live music, people in good mood, wonderful atmosphere, all was well illuminated-loved it! The room was very comfortable, modern washroom, high quality shampoo, soap and lotion. Breakfast wasn't included; however, in the morning good coffee was available at reception (room had coffee machine with one-cup bags, we didn't like the taste). The room had a small fridge, so we bought some groceries, added coffee from reception and were happy to start day with a breakfast at the room. Generally, sometime I am ready to pay more for such as location to enjoy atmosphere of a new city.

I think most would agree that the location is the best thing about this hotel. It is in the perfect spot to walk to almost anything you would want to do in downtown St. Augustine
